AI Solution Maintenance, Enhancement, & Development:
- Make customer relationships the highest priority by responding to stakeholder needs and clarifying requirements.
- Maintain, test, and enhance AI applications using LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, and traditional ML on Azure.
- Use agentic AI coding tools within approved workflows to support coding, testing, and documentation.
Solution Support, Documentation, & Professional Development:
- Provide first-line technical support for assigned AI solutions by monitoring alerts and troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor solution health, data quality, and cloud/AI service usage using established dashboards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles for reliable support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience; entry-level role with relevant internships or projects.
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Python, SQL, and cloud services.
- Ability to communicate technical work clearly and adapt to rapidly changing AI tools.
