The Role:
- Own and build well-defined components of an AI platform that turns governed healthcare data into natural-language analytics.
- Collaborate with a team of senior engineers and product managers to deliver features end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Implement agentic workflows, tool-use, and retrieval over structured (Snowflake) and unstructured (document stores) data.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data governance in all AI outputs, especially around PHI/PII.
- Deploy and maintain services on AWS while monitoring performance, latency, and cost.
Who You Are:
- Have 2–4 years of production software experience including hands-on LLM/GenAI work.
- Are proficient in Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS) with familiarity in agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
- Care deeply about building reliable, safe, and scalable AI systems in a regulated environment.
