Job Description
Sui is looking for a CRM & Community Lifecycle Lead to own the systems, strategy, and execution that shape how we connect with our global community — from developers to contributors to early adopters. This role is 70% CRM + lifecycle ownership, and 30% strategic community engagement and event planning. You’ll be responsible for designing a scalable, data-informed CRM infrastructure that allows us to build real relationships at scale — through personalized updates, contributor journeys, and lifecycle communications.
You’ll also help guide how we engage community members in North America, and partner with local teams to support event activations and in-person community moments. Community is at the core of Sui’s growth, helping build a stronger, more connected global community, starting with the right infrastructure and anchored in strategic engagement across North America and beyond.
