Wealthfront is looking for an experienced financial writer and editor to support our growing market commentary.
The goal of this growing vertical is to empower digital natives to make informed financial decisions.
This role will be responsible for ideating and writing engaging, sharable stories.

Responsibilities:

Help build and manage a team of freelancers to bring these ideas to life across different platforms.
Partner with Lifecycle, Social Media and Creative teams to distribute content to clients and prospects.
Evaluate new content formats and distribution channels and make recommendations on which to pursue.

Qualifications:

6+ years experience writing and editing timely and engaging financial market and macroeconomic stories at top-tier news outlets.
Demonstrated experience writing and editing a variety of timely financial content, from newsletters to video scripts to social media posts, and more.
Familiarity with investing and personal finance strategies, macroeconomic data, and how overarching financial trends impact young professionals.
