Act as a founding member of the Builder Enablement team at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and enablement.
Shape how technical knowledge is structured, communicated, and consumed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create clear, consumable technical artifacts such as architecture overviews, technical narratives, and onboarding guides.
Conduct interviews and collaborative discovery sessions to extract institutional knowledge.
Structure information for easy navigation by engineers and for AI-assisted tooling and agent-based workflows.

Qualifications and Environment:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with 5+ years of professional experience.
Strong understanding of modern software systems design, deployment, and operations.
Ability to work in evolving environments and create clarity from ambiguity for engineering teams.
