Job Description
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll own customer outcomes end-to-end, from onboarding to expansion, ensuring customers achieve their business outcomes with Duna. You will bridge technical and business needs by translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications for our engineering team. Embedding with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals to serve as their trusted advisor is essential.
You'll help shape product direction by being the voice of the customer in product planning and feature prioritization. Driving implementation and adoption involves working hands-on with customers to configure, optimize, and scale their use of Duna. The role also requires building relationships at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives, becoming their go-to person for anything product related.
