Microsoft Security Engineer

General Description:

• You will deliver hands-on security engagements for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
• Your work centers on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Purview, with supporting work in Intune and Defender XDR.
• You'll partner with architects and principal consultants across varied industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement identity architecture, hybrid sync, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.
• Implement sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention policies across M365.
• Configure device compliance, configuration profiles, and support Defender for Endpoint.

Required Experience:

• 2–5 years in IT administration, identity management, or security operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, Kerberos, LDAP, and basic PowerShell scripting.
