The primary function is to support the Legal, Compliance, and Strategic Vendor Solutions Department on litigation, document management and production, intellectual property, department data management, matter and legal hold management, and legal systems administration. Responsibilities include creating and managing matters in matter management tool, utilizing legal hold management tool to issue legal hold notifications, coordinating and assisting attorneys with review and production of information. Further responsibilities comprise acting as systems administrator for certain legal systems including SharePoint, providing systems training for new department members, collaborating with department stakeholders to complete and maintain data map for all department data.
