Senior Financial Analyst

Self Financial is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join the growing Finance team. The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst position will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization with a focus on supporting the profitable growth of Self’s various consumer financial products. This position requires advanced financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of consumer financial products, including credit cards and unsecured loans, a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex financial data. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally with product General Managers, Risk, Marketing, Analytics and Product to evaluate the financial feasibility of new products and initiatives while also finding ways to optimize the profitability and growth of existing products. Evaluate organizational tradeoffs of proposed initiatives and act as a key decision-maker in business and operational strategies. Assist in the development of long-term revenue and expense forecasts to support long-term strategic decision making. Ensure that existing and future debt facilities have sufficient capacity to support long-term growth of unsecured products.
