Your Mission:

  • Redefine tax services for SMEs as part of an innovative, tech-driven startup.
  • Take ownership of quality and efficiency in tax processes.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle tax operations end-to-end, from accounting to tax return preparation.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality service for clients.
  • Work with tax advisors and product teams to continuously improve processes.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r) with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proactive, quality-conscious, and eager to challenge the status quo.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and AI, and fluent in German.
