Prepare annual statutory financial statements for German entities.
Lead and support two General Ledger Accountants, overseeing outsourced accounting provider.
Coordinate annual external audit and review income statements.

Tax:

Coordinate preparation of German corporate income tax returns with external advisers.
Support tax audits including corporate tax, VAT, and property tax.
Oversee withholding tax compliance and monthly tax reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Accounting or tax qualification with experience in German GAAP.
General Ledger and tax accounting experience in an international business.
Fluency in both German and English.
