Account Manager

The Account Manager will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and grow the Mid-Atlantic territory revenue of the Standards business. Own all assigned Commercial accounts and Strategic site-level locations, representing the entire LGC Standards portfolio across all end-markets. Actively engage with customers to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow-up on quotations and drive new sales and accordingly maintain CRMs with up-to-date customer information.

Manage inquiries from various channels, product sectors, and end-markets, playing a key part in ensuring the highest level of customer service by providing accurate and timely quotations. Support controlled substance inquiries and ensure compliance with import and export regulations, acting as the intermediary between Demand Generation and Demand Fulfillment roles.

Account Manager

The Account Manager will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and grow the Mid-Atlantic territory revenue of the Standards business with a primary focus in the Reference Materials and Analytical Standards product lines. The account manager will close new opportunities attained from either prospecting as self-generated leads or from marketing-qualified leads. The role includes sales targets for LGC Standards and customer engagement.
