Job Description
Prepare designs that fulfill the requirements of our clients, and the various stakeholders involved in the project. Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project objectives, progress, and feedback. Develop and deliver technical memos or advisory documents to provide expert guidance to clients. Complete all assigned work within the required timeframes, ensuring customer and project staff satisfaction while maximizing business efficiency. Continuously update technical knowledge by staying informed about the specific test plans being executed and their corresponding requirements. Ensure that all assigned work and relevant documentation are completed in accordance with established procedures and standards, fulfilling SGS quality requirements. Strictly adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all tasks and projects. Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior. Ensures work area in GBS is always kept clean and presentable. Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures. Complies to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.
