As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Shape Topstep's white-label trading platform.
- Establish patterns that enable teams to move fast with confidence.
- Mentor engineers who are building the next generation of our platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting technical direction for full-stack architecture.
- Owning end-to-end feature development from C# microservices to React/Next.js UI.
- Establishing engineering patterns for .NET Core service design.
- Partnering with product and design to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Championing quality and reliability by embedding testing and monitoring.
