Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner - Compact State License - Day Shift Remote

FT telemed providers are required to maintain a minimum of 5 licenses in states where Theoria actively provides care. At any time Theoria may request providers to apply for and obtain a new license at the expense of Theoria. Multi-state licensure is a requirement of the telemed position. The provider is responsible for managing the clinical care of the population at the assigned SNFs. The provider is responsible for monitoring message boards, answering calls, and communicating with assigned SNFs during shifts. Provider will provide high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in SNFs. The provider is responsible for timely documentation of all patient care/encounters. The provider will be available for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff. Provider documentation is completed in Theoria’s proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy™. The provider is expected to be ready and on time for their remote scheduled shifts. Timely attendance is imperative. Reliable Wi-Fi is required.
