Software Developer II - ShareGate Migrate

Responsibilities:

• Design and build net-new migration features across a variety of Microsoft 365 and third-party workloads.
• Collaborate with your Product Manager and Product Designer to translate findings and customer needs into software.
• Update, refactor, and maintain the codebase, upholding development standards and ensuring reliability at scale.

A Typical Week:

• Explore new migration workloads through research, prototyping, and API investigation, using AI tools to accelerate discovery.
• Deliver incremental improvements to recently shipped migration capabilities.
• Collaborate daily with your teammates and product partners through standups, design discussions, and async communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing and maintaining applications in C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your day-to-day development workflow.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous and technically complex challenges.
