Freight Coordinator, Mandarin + English

Spreetail is seeking a proactive Transportation Operations Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between our brand partners and global transportation network. You’ll manage container movements from ocean to dray delivery, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient performance. This role drives process consistency through SOPs, rapid exception resolution, and strong communication with carriers, dray providers, and warehouses. You’ll verify documentation, negotiate carrier rates, and partner cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues. Fluency in Mandarin and English and 3–5 years of international freight forwarding experience (Trans-Pacific preferred) are required. Serve as the primary transportation liaison for brand partners, coordinating ocean, port, and dray operations to ensure on-time, accurate delivery performance. Monitor and resolve container, booking, and delivery exceptions proactively to reduce cycle times and minimize accessorial costs. Manage carrier relationships — negotiating rates, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.
