Senior Sotware Developer

Looking for a senior backend developer with a systemic view, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to technical quality to work on a strategic project serving one of the largest groups in the Brazilian Insurance and Financial Services sector. Responsibilities include participating in inceptions, technical refinements and architecture discussions, contributing to the evolution of a scalable, resilient and high performance solution. Implement integrations between internal and external systems, performing data search, transformation and sending. Develop robust APIs using modern engineering practices (DDD, design patterns, good microservices practices), structure automated tests (TDD/BDD), ensuring adequate coverage and continuous quality. The work also involves code review and supporting the team in resolving technical questions, developing people on the team by promoting the formation of successors and dissemination of good practices, and supporting initiatives for continuous improvement, observability, performance and security.
