• Own release-gate discipline with evidence-backed sign-off and explicit exit criteria.
• Ensure gates hold under deadline pressure, with no silent exceptions.

• Mentor engineers and QA teammates through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Evaluate emerging testing technologies and AI-assisted development tools to evolve engineering capabilities.
