Strategy & Content:
- Execute and evolve the organic social strategy across both brands in partnership with the Director of Social Media.
- Serve as the primary social lead for Nutrafol Men while flexing across both brands.
- Jointly own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing.
Community, Partnerships & Execution:
- Build authentic communities through thoughtful community management and social listening.
- Lead or co-lead the organic social execution for campaigns, partnering cross-functionally.
- Manage the organic social budget and oversee creator relationships.
Performance & Growth:
- Monitor channel performance and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for creative performance.
- Regularly report on KPIs and champion experimentation.
