Staff Software Engineer (L4)

About The Role:

• Co-lead software infrastructure design and development, driving technical vision and strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of sophisticated, stateful web applications.
• Oversee the integration of complex React-based front-ends with backend modular services, ensuring a seamless UI experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Full-stack development experience building web apps using JavaScript, Typescript or React.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes, with experience designing and optimizing data pipelines.
