Job Description
Kitchen Support Role:
-Works a variety of shifts throughout the day.
-Acts as the fuel that keeps the kitchen running smoothly.
-Completes various tasks throughout the day based on shift schedule and time of day.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including lunchrooms and dining room.
-Regular sweeping and mopping of all floors, including walk-in coolers and storage areas.
-Stocking of all needed food, beverage and paper supplies and disposal of garbage.
Requirements:
-Large-scale kitchen assisting in camp settings, banquet halls and/or hotels is a strong asset.
-Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation.
-Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site.
