Job Description

Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones with accuracy and speed. Own candidate communication, from updates to feedback and follow-ups. Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) up to date and organized. Post job listings and track applicant flow. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain momentum. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience. Must have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Clear, professional communication skills and familiarity with Google Calendar, Gmail, ATS tools, and Slack. Availability to work full-time during PST or EST business hours.
