Essential Functions:
- Oversee end-to-end gift management including batch preparation, gift entry, handling, deposits, review, and reconciliation.
- Monitor workload and staff assignments to ensure timely and accurate gift processing, performing quality checks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, develop documentation, and manage vendor relationships for assigned gift channels.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of Gift Processing Analysts by providing leadership, supervision, mentoring, and development.
- Lead recruitment, conduct onboarding and ongoing training, and foster a positive team environment to optimize performance.
- Establish staff assignments and accountabilities to enhance team satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of gift processing or related experience, and supervisory skills.
- Preferred experience includes non-profit fundraising knowledge and advanced proficiency in MS Office, query reporting, and CRM software like Salesforce.
