Financial Analyst

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models in Google Sheets and Excel to develop forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze assumptions and outputs, providing insights on expected business trends and performance to partners and executives.
• Develop clear and concise materials for business partners and executive audiences to communicate financial insights.

Management Reporting and Financial Analysis:

• Develop, build, and automate actionable management reports to track business performance and coordinate variance analysis.
• Partner with analytics and other finance teams for key performance tracking and analysis, ensuring timely and data-driven insights.
• Provide materials and insights to support decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis:

• Conduct analysis and support business priorities including new product development, pricing strategies, and expense efficiency initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes within finance and accounting as the company scales.
• Collaborate on important initiatives such as process improvement, system enhancements, and data governance to drive continuous improvement.
