Coinbase is on a mission to become an "AI-Native" company by 2028, transforming how they operate across all functions. You will drive AI adoption across Coinbase by working within AI Growth Pods, partnering with non-engineering functions to identify, prototype, and scale high-impact AI automation solutions.
Your responsibilities include leading AI opportunity discovery, designing & prototyping AI solutions, deploying sustainable solutions, acting as an internal consultant & accelerator, driving adoption & enablement, collaborating with Core AI Teams, and ensuring responsible AI. You will also measure & communicate impact and stay ahead of the curve.
