Key Responsibilities:
- Own Data Product Delivery: Lead the build of cross-functional data products and analytics experiences, track delivery KPIs, and create the operating model.
- Standardize & Scale Data Products: Define publishing standards and golden paths for AI-ready, semantically correct data products.
- Build AI-Native Engineering: Drive agentic data engineering, train engineers, and lift productivity 3-5x.
What We're Looking For:
- Required: 10+ years in data engineering, 5+ leading teams at Director level; hands-on with Python, SQL, dbt; experience in regulated environments.
- Nice to Have: Diagnostics, genomics, clinical data engineering; vector databases; data contracts; enterprise agentic tooling rollout.
