Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer for new commercial product development and our developer platform teams, you will help with design strategy for net-new products and growth plans. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position where you'll work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to envision and create solutions that expand our market reach and deepen user engagement. This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Director of UX and Product Design. You'll lead end-to-end product design for new digital financial tools—across mobile and web, collaborate on early-stage product strategy, and translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences. You'll also conduct user research, design high-fidelity prototypes, and measure the impact of design solutions on business and user outcomes while helping to build an outcomes-driven design culture.
