QA Manager

We're looking for a dedicated QA Manager to help ensure every AllTrails user experience meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you'll guide and mentor a skilled team, build and scale thoughtful QA strategies, and foster a culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning. You will be managing and mentoring a team of experienced and passionate quality engineers, developing manual QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework, monitoring and analyzing key process and quality metrics, and driving corrective and preventive action plans to ensure ongoing improvement. You will also be providing technical expertise in Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques.Fostering a quality, accountability, and collaboration culture across the organization.
