Senior Software Engineer, Builder Studio

Role:

• Own major slices of Builder Studio end to end across the builder experience and the systems that make generated apps run.
• Build the chat-driven build loop, live preview, canvas, publish/share flow, and the runtime with delegated identity and permissions.
• Work on an agent that writes and edits software, plus a runtime that safely executes that code with the user's own Apollo permissions.

What you will do:

• Shape how the agent turns a natural-language goal into a plan of pages, databases, workflows, and agents.
• Design the runtime and workflow layer including triggers, scheduled jobs, retries, logging, and agentic steps.
• Expand integrations across Apollo data and external systems like Google Sheets, Drive, CRMs, and MCP-based connectors.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years building production software with depth on both frontend and backend, strong TypeScript and React skills.
• Solid backend/API design experience with event-driven or workflow systems; hands-on LLM production experience.
• Comfort making security calls on systems running untrusted code, and a track record taking ambiguous 0 to 1 products to customers.
