Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP – Telehealth Addiction & Mental Health Care

As a PMHNP at Affect, you will be at the forefront of transforming behavioral health care through telehealth. You will lead member care, working alongside a dedicated team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial and follow up telehealth evaluations, delivering care for both substance use and mental health conditions, and prescribing medications as appropriate. Affect provides extensive training on evidence-based approaches to treatment, ensuring you are well-equipped to provide the best possible care. You will also collaborate with your care team and attend occasional scheduled team meetings. A quiet, private office with a reliable internet connection is required for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits.
