Calculate reconstruction cost utilizing third party calculation tools. Provide accurate and detailed commentary within inspection reports that summarize the risk and any recommended action. Interpret and explain complex information in an easily understandable manner to insureds, agents, company staff Identify opportunities for improvement within the inspection process, and work with Risk Engineering and Business Leadership to implement changes that will ensure maximum efficiency and quality while minimizing cost Continue to increase and broaden knowledge / expertise of the loss control discipline through available training programs. Be aware of industry trends, developments, changes, and state of the art practices to ensure continued efficient risk evaluation and assessment.
