Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design leadership to define new user experiences and create prototypes. Thrive in ambiguity, moving between concepting, storytelling, and defining clear design directions. Lead design exploration from concept through tested prototypes and developer-ready deliverables. Partner with the director of design to synthesize findings into actionable design hypotheses and recommendations. Working collaboratively with product management, marketing, and leadership by clearly presenting design work that balances user insights, business goals, and project constraints.
