This is a contract role for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Designer who can concept, execute, and deliver across multiple channels, reporting to the Director of Design and working closely with marketing to own the process from idea through production, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.

Shape the next phase of Peerspace’s growth as a Lead Product Designer. Focus on product-led growth and new guest acquisition, helping guests understand why Peerspace is the perfect choice for hosting events. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design leadership to define new user experiences and create prototypes. Thrive in ambiguity, moving between concepting, storytelling, and defining clear design directions.

This role is open to candidates with 2+ years of full-time experience, ranging from early-career to senior levels. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Design, Staff Product Designer, Product Manager, and Engineers to enhance user conversion, usability, and delight across our web and mobile products. The focus here isn’t splashy launches; it’s thoughtful, continuous improvement that compounds over time.
