UXDI Instructor Lead

Accountabilities:

• Lead immersive UX design instruction sessions Monday through Friday, approximately 8 hours per day, throughout the full program duration.
• Guide students through the UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final project development.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their progress, projects, and skill development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in user experience design, with recent hands-on industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and tools, including user research, personas, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and more.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and familiarity with modern UX workflows.
