Senior Backend Engineer, Integrations Team

Joining the GTM Integrations Team means becoming part of a group that is shaping the future of healthcare connectivity. We build APIs and services that handle millions of requests every day, ensuring doctors, patients, and partners can interact seamlessly across platforms. Our work enables innovations like AI-powered doctor services to improve their efficiency as well as integrating with third-party health care systems. You will design, develop, and maintain backend solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and observability. You will also develop, optimize, and maintain public APIs for healthcare system integrations, ensuring high performance and robustness in high-traffic, mission-critical environments. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver well-designed, maintainable solutions, promote agile practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture within the team and contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation. Support integration partners with reliable tooling and strong developer experience. Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, where relevant to backend systems.
