Position Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day Accounting and Finance function.
• You will own the monthly close process, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and more.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, developing people, and building scalable processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting team across Billing, Collections, Staff Accounting, and Accounting Operations.
• Own the monthly close process, ensuring financial statements are accurate and delivered on time.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and long-term financial modeling.

• Accurate, timely monthly financial reporting with a predictable month-end close.
• A high-performing Accounting team with clear ownership and measurable KPIs.
