- Manage creator rosters, databases, and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate product gifting and PR opportunities with creators.
- Support team initiatives through research, data organization, and process improvements.
- Support the Director of PR & Marketing in executing publicity strategies for our creator roster, pitching stories and coordinating interviews.
- Manage inbound media requests, coordinate event calendars, and assist with on-site event management and awards submissions.
- Track and report media coverage, maintain contact lists, and ensure clear communication across teams and creators.
