Storage Operations Engineer

Role Overview:

• Build and operate large-scale cloud storage infrastructure with a focus on Ceph-based environments.
• Collaborate with networking, operations, and engineering teams to maintain highly available services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and enhance distributed cloud storage environments for stability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts to reduce manual work and increase reliability.
• Optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to proactively resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems and Linux administration.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or similar, and experience with infrastructure automation tools.
• Familiarity with Ceph or other software-defined storage is highly valued.
