Senior Manager, Cloud Storage Engineering

Role Overview:

• Lead the engineering and operations team responsible for Vultr's cloud storage portfolio.
• Shape the storage backbone that powers hundreds of thousands of workloads worldwide.
• Drive architecture decisions for multi-tenant, multi-tier storage platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design, deployment, and operation of block, object, and file storage services across all global regions.
• Integrate and operationalize third-party storage solutions as needed.
• Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in storage engineering with 3+ years in management.
• Deep expertise with Ceph and distributed storage architectures.
• Experience building multi-tenant cloud storage services at scale.
