Key Responsibilities:
- Own Core Infrastructure & SRE: Lead SRE, networking, and storage teams to establish rigorous practices and drive SLA/SLO definitions.
- Architect HPC & Global Networking: Oversee design and scaling of global network backbone and ultra-low-latency HPC cluster networks with InfiniBand and RoCE.
- Drive Storage Engine Innovation: Direct architecture and tuning of highly scalable distributed storage systems for massive IOPS and throughput.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years leading engineering teams and 8+ years building large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in HPC networking, InfiniBand, RoCE, and storage systems like Ceph or Lustre.
- Strong background in SRE practices, IaC, container orchestration, and remote-first team culture.
What You'll Receive:
- Competitive base pay of $225,000-$325,000, plus meaningful equity.
