Staff Software Engineer (Developer Platform)

What you'll do:

• Own significant pieces of the Developer Platform, including monorepo CI/CD, Agentic AI platforms, and shared build infrastructure, while contributing to technical direction.
• Improve CI/CD pipeline speed and reliability to enhance developer experience and reduce debugging time, enabling engineers to ship faster.
• Contribute to next-generation change throughput by exploring substrates beyond PR workflows and supporting AI-assisted review and auto-merge for low-risk changes.

Productionizing the Agentic AI Platform:

• Help productionize the Agentic AI platform with features like agent observability, RAG-as-platform, and context-engineering patterns for reliability from development to production.
• Consolidate fragmented build systems to deliver standardized paved road blueprints, allowing new products to onboard quickly and ship to production.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Partner with engineers across the company to identify toil, codify patterns, and automate repetitive manual work, treating internal teams as platform customers.
• Mentor teammates, raise the bar on design and code review, and serve as a technical voice for engineering velocity and operational excellence.
