Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist with telecom carrier experience to join our Customer Experience Team. If you’re organized, resilient, and a master communicator, this is the role for you! Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with Sales Managers to provide seamless support, interfacing with telecom carriers, vendors, and sales agents to maintain smooth operations. You will need to utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions, manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency. Maintain clear, concise communication across all organizational levels. Ideal candidates should have experience with telecom carriers and an understanding of telecom vendors, exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, and strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
