Director, Production Operations

This Director, Production Operations role at Greenlight will be responsible for leading and scaling the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Engineering functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Greenlight's platform, as well as driving the adoption of cloud-native best practices and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Key responsibilities include defining and executing strategic roadmaps, managing budgets and resource allocation, attracting and developing engineering talent, and translating incident learnings into preventative measures. Experience with AWS, IaC tools, distributed systems, and observability tools is essential.
