Director, Patient Inclusion

To do so, we must establish solutions to enable early, timely and systematic integration of varied, global perspectives into strategic decision-making during the drug development process. The Director, Patient Inclusion sits within the Clinical Development Operations (CDO) organization. This role will report into the Director II, Patient Inclusion. The Director will enhance patient access & integrate global patient insights by developing business strategy for the creation of global disease area patient and care-partner councils in priority indications to enable direct access to patient voice across R&D. They will lead the design and implementation of cross-functional strategic initiatives that embed inclusive patient engagement into R&D decision-making and enterprise processes. They will also serve as a strategic partner to R&D disease area teams, clinical operations, and enterprise strategy leads to ensure capabilities are actionable, scalable, and aligned to development priorities.
