About the Role:
- We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager II to lead and scale our SDET team at HighLevel.
- This leadership role is responsible for driving test automation strategy, quality processes, and engineering excellence across our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs focused on automation, performance, and reliability.
- Define and execute the end-to-end test automation strategy across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Champion shift-left testing and ensure integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, while collaborating closely with Dev Managers and Leads.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering with proven experience managing and mentoring a large SDET team.
- Strong hands-on background as a Test Automation Architect, ideally in TypeScript and Playwright.
- Deep expertise in automation design patterns, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and GenAI-driven testing initiatives.
