Senior Software Engineer

Role Impact:

• Shape the architecture, reliability, and safety of agentic systems powering internal workflows and customer-facing products.
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy, partnering with Platform, Product, Data Science, and engineering teams.
• Build secure, evaluable, vendor-agnostic agent platforms for teams across Socure to build on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop core platform systems and primitives for transitioning from traditional software to agent-native operations.
• Create data grounding, retrieval, and memory systems for accurate and context-aware agents aligned with domain policies.
• Prototype, iterate, and productionize agent behaviors using real internal workflows as proving grounds.

Technical Collaboration:

• Define best practices, design patterns, and paved paths for secure, observable, and scalable agent systems.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team strategy by informing architecture choices and prioritizing foundational investments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact use cases, design agent-powered workflows, and launch them into production.
