Job Description

Assist APM/PM in documents preparation and compilation, such as Project Schedule Report, Procurement and Contract documents to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Assist reviewing drawings from LDI and inspect construction work so as to make sure that all site works are in strict accordance with blue drawings and Client’s requirement. Assist construction manager checking the progress, quality, and safety of the on-site structure, decoration, and outdoor construction, and manage day-to-day project delivery. Assist building a good relationship with the government bureau and related companies in order to get construction permits and related certificates. Attend PCG meetings (Project Control Group) and prepare meeting minutes. Assist in technical handover such as making a defection list and tracking the rectification measures taken by contractors. Assist in the maintenance of the online Project App System used to manage projects. Monitor and Enforce safety & ethic on-site projects and in the JLL office.
