ModSquad, in partnership with multiple top-tier brands/clients globally, is seeking Customer Support Mod Contractors. This role offers work-from-home and flexible schedules. As a Mod, you'll assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and optimize their use of client products or services. Project gigs are available, with more on the horizon. Clients are top-tier with contemporary and current product offerings. Requirements include customer service orientation, fluency in English, a quiet workspace, a working headset, a hard-wired internet connection, and a commitment of at least 30 hours per week. Zendesk or tech support experience is a plus. Dedicated laptop/desktop with Windows 10+, a quality headset, and willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA are needed. Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day.
