Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounts receivable function within our organization. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable Manager will play a key role in building and leading a high-performing AR team to support the company's growth and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the accounts receivable function, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the AR department, including billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation. Prepare periodic reports and analyses for management, including AR aging reports, collections forecasts, and bad debt analysis, to support decision-making and financial planning.
